Develops and facilitates strategies to accomplish the mission and goals of the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado. The Executive Director is the chief staff member responsible for hiring, developing and leading the staff; enhancement of services for its members, manage the resources of the organization; prepares reports, budgets, etc based upon the direction of the Board; assists the board to define and create policies; administers and executes overall strategies of association activities; oversees all association financial affairs and sustainability. Advocates for the rental housing industry in Southern Colorado. Builds relationships with elected officials on the local, state and national level.
