My passion is to educate folks about racial trauma and strategic planning for health equity. I love facilitating conversations surrounding racism and decolonizing our self narraitives. I educate by weaving together my personal experiences as a mixed race person of color, foster parent, community mental health counselor and first generation college graduate. I aim to help folks grow and build self-awareness as well as empower them to reform systems of oppression from with in the agencies they work in, regardless of their position with in that agency.
