Laura Noonan has over fifteen years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and project management. Working as a consultant across the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, she helps clients to evaluate their programs and find organizational, operational, and programmatic solutions to help focus their efforts, scale their impact, and improve the effectiveness of their organizations. She is particularly passionate about ensuring all students have access to a great education and has worked to improve the K12 education system through her work at Colorado Department of Education, Colorado Education Initiative, and Institute of Play. Prior to these roles, she worked as a strategy consultant at Marakon Associates, as well as The Bridgespan Group, where she also recently helped manage the Leading for Impact strategy and leadership development program in Seattle.She holds a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
