Marketing Coordinator
Current- Onboard new certification partners for the sustainability program which includes collecting marketing materials such as logos and written copy to certain specifications
- Coordinate the approval sign off process between multiple third parties and legal to make sure all parties are in agreement on the final presentation
- Collect, manage, and package written content to partner teams
- Manage internal and external deadlines for projects
- Ensure all deliverables meet certain expectations with keeping an eye for detail for the customerbenefit
- Communicate all project statuses, which include flagging and troubleshooting potential issues
