The National Alliance to Advance Adolescent Health is devoted to education, policy analysis, technical assistance, and advocacy in support of long-term, systemic improvements in comprehensive health care and insurance coverage for adolescents. Prior to being elected Chair of the Board, I had served as a Board Member and a member of the Nominations Committee.Serving on Nominations Committee.

Adolescent Health Week, first celebrated in Pennsylvania in 2016, and then globally since 2018 is a grass-roots initiative for young people, their health care providers, their teachers, their parents, their advocates and their communities to come together and celebrate young people. Initiated to highlight and address the needs of this underserved age group, and developed and expanded collaboratively with young people and adolescent health professionals. As Founding Director, responsible for vision and planning, but also for granular details and implementation. Successfully transitioned program to the International Association of Adolescent Health and continuing to serve as advisor as needed.

The PAYAM TAC encourages youth involvement in advocating for adolescent health and to serve as liaisons with area youth. The TAC will create teen health educational materials, provide input for Adolescent Health practices to better serve their patients, and plan a special International Adolescent Health Week event in March.

Combining experience as a board certified Internal Medicine physician with an interest in public health education and digital health literacy, Real Talk with Dr. Offutt was created to provide relevant, useful, and accurate medical information for teens as an interactive, online teen health resource that uses social media and a blog-based website to encourage teens to be part of the discussion about their health. Responsibilities included content creation and curation, youth development and mentoring, social media health messaging, digital health literacy education, serve as subject expert about social media and teens. Successful and rich collaboration with community, educational, medical, professional, government and student partners to promote teen health.

CVIM is a community-based, volunteer nonprofit organization providing primary medical and dental care to low income, working people in Chester County without insurance, enabling them to continue to be contributing members of the community.

UNITY Consortium is an organization with diverse membership, working towards improving adolescent health through a focus on prevention and immunization. The Consortium intends to drive or support efforts to protect adolescents against all vaccine-preventable diseases, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our Teen Advisory Board consists of selected teens from across the US who inform UNITY's work and who promote healthy behaviors amongst their peers and other teens in their communities.

Serve as a volunteer medical advisor and provide consultation on containment and mitigation of Covid-19 pandemic in Chester and Delaware Counties. Research most current medical information and resources to combat Covid-19 and share with staff. Analyze data for trends and make recommendations regarding health operations responses.

The mission of Maternity Care Coalition is to improve maternal and child health and wellbeing through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.

Responsible for reslizumab eosinophilic asthma global clinical development program.

With the Board, advised the Board of Commissioners on matters of public health, and to furnish science-based recommendations on public health policy.

- Significant responsibility for clinical management and strategy for the NDA for a dopamine partial agonist under development for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorders.- Experience with submission IND and crafting of Clinical Development Plan for compound being developed for cognitive defects.

- Therapeutic Area Head for Neuroscience and Gastrointestinal therapeutic areas; responsible for the safety surveillance of approximately 40 investigational/marketed products.
