In addition, she consistently displayed an originality of thought and a high level of professionalism, and exceptional qualitative research capacity, all of which are evident in her research products. Her commitment to doing the best work and dedication to project success while under time pressure demonstrated the strong work ethic she possesses. In short, it has been a delightful experience to have had the chances to closely work with her over years." and "I have never worked on a research project with a project/research manager as organized as Laura. She not only managed the collaborative development and iteration of ideas in the grant application, but put a three year plan for a multi-method research study into practice and kept the team on schedule throughout the pandemic.
