I am responsible for multi-channel planning of Touhula group's digital marketing, which in addition to planning includes analyzing the results, reporting them and drawing conclusions for the implementation of the next campaigns. Although my title is a digital marketing planner, in my role I've also worked as a specialist in communications in both external and internal communications. My work includes various projects related to sales promotion, customer experience, social media and branding. In addition to digital marketing and communications, I support the daycare centers in their implementation of local marketing according to business goals.

My work was very versatile with complex tasks at B2C & B2B. It was based on managing NBI Nordic Beauty Import Ltd's Finnish social media channels for the brands imported and giving the lead for other Nordic / Baltic countries' social media. I planned and executed the publications and reported the results onwards.I also provided online marketing materials for NBI's retail clients. Either ready-to-go materials from brands or my graphic designing involved.In my work I also ran NBI's webstore Beauty Pop Up (www.beautypopup.fi) for end consumers.I managed basically the whole palette from product management to customer service, campaign creation to marketing, relationships to 3rd party offices, platform/website management to PR relations... You name it!Attending to PR events, representing NBI's brands at trade fairs (also building the departments there) & retail campaigns were also a part of my work. Speaking to the microphone isn't that unfamiliar for me, either. Long story short: Multitasking in constantly pulsing environment.

My duties included writing write-ups, designing and modifying images, publishing layouts, blogging and managing our publishing and CRM systems. Also maintaining international relationships and developing editorial tasks in international co-operation were part of my tasks. I set up Finnish Groupon Works website in international co-operation. In addition, I’ve brainstormed a variety of marketing campaigns for Groupon Finland. I also operated as a trainer in my position.
