I’ve believed in the power of customer-centricity since I was nine and needed a compelling value proposition to sell chocolates door-to-door. It’s been the growth theme throughout my career from Motorola, to now, in the growth strategy firm I founded in 1999. In between, I’ve been director of customer marketing and brand strategy, customer relationship manager, customer marketing initiative lead, and customer loyalty architect. Growing 250+ customers. To this end, I’ve honed my knowledge transfer skills so I can share my deep expertise, research findings, best practices backed by case studies, and the innovation needed to clear the next customer-centricity bar.
