It’s been the growth theme throughout my career from Motorola, to now, in the growth strategy firm I founded in 1999. In between, I’ve been director of customer marketing and brand strategy, customer relationship manager, customer marketing initiative lead, and customer loyalty architect. Growing 250+ customers. You could say that I’m customer-centricity-passionate. My mission is to inspire and enable all businesses to fully reap the rewards of customer-centricity. To this end, I’ve honed my knowledge transfer skills so I can share my deep expertise, research findings, best practices backed by case studies, and the innovation needed to clear the next customer-centricity bar.
