Im graduated in Business Administration from the State University of Maringá in 2018. Since then, I have accumulated rich experience in the commercial sector.I had the incredible opportunity to structure a commercial department, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and technology areas. For years, I worked in inbound and outbound sales and support, using consultative sales techniques to understand customer pain points and present the best solutions.Oh, and a special detail about me: I spent a year and a half in Germany on a cultural exchange.
