Coordinating the implementation of the USD$10 million UNEP/GEF Full Size Project, entitled "Building a Sustainable National Network of Marine Protected Areas in The Bahamas" .Responsible for:Progress and financial reporting;managing the implementation of three (3) pilot projects throughout The Bahamas, by partner agencies;drafting, promoting and advancing the approval of the Bahamas Protected Area Fund (BPAF) legislation by Parliament; promoting and advancing the Government of The Bahamas ability to contribute to and access the Caribbean Biodiversity Fund (CBF), as part of the Caribbean Challenge.

Responsible for making technical recommendations to advise the Minister of the Environment on the environmental implications of proposed developments based upon the review of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) & Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) including but not limited to: marina, golf course, wastewater & sewerage treatment facilities, energy generation and reverse osmosis components. Responsible for daily monitoring of road-building project to ensure contractor compliance with Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Best Management Practices (BMPs). Also developed weekly reports for the client, and assisted with environmental training sessions for contractors.

Worked alongside the Professor of Environmental Policy to research & develop the curriculum for a new undergraduate Environmental Law course.
