Sourced, screened, and hired accounting talent for all levels of the Client Accounting Services organization in the Bloomington, MN and Memphis, TN markets. Asked to lead the Memphis office's recruitment efforts for the Global Corporate Services and Accounting Services teams. Responsible for the weekly recruitment call with Senior Controllers and other leaders. First hire completed within 2 weeks. Achieved 40 new hires during this 5 month project.
