The Public division of Kantar is a professional services & data led research operating across 22 countries. I was brought into the division in early 2021, reporting to the CEO, to lead the People element of its divestment from Kantar, alongside traditional CHRO trusted advisor remit. This included:o Key stakeholder management, internally and externally, throughout the deal processo Leading the strategic direction for the People/HR Workstream for all elements of the divestmento Management Presentations, Information Preparation and Due Diligenceo Planning, design and operationalisation of the future operating modelo Leading the BAU people strategy for the organisation through the latter stages of the pandemic, partnering with the wider leadership teamo Growing employee base by 20%The sale completed Autumn 2022. Throughout the process employee turnover remained at target level or below.Alongside the Public role, as part of the Kantar Group ($4 billion global organisation with 30,000 employees, owned by Bain Capital), I was a member of the Kantar HR Exco and was involved in leading the wider organisation through the WPP sale, functional transformations and internal mentoring & coaching.
