Laura Posada, MBA, SPHR has over 5 years of experience in leadership, talent management and administration. After finishing her undergrad, Laura moved to Colombia where where she was responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a multicultural team of 20 teachers while working side by side the Sales Director and General Manager to create and achieve goals for an English Academy. Laura effectively launched a new branch to the academy, offering outsourcing as an option to schools. In February of 2018, she completed her MBA at one of the top 10 programs in South America, EAFIT University and moved back to Miami to work at Tropical Foods LLC, a food distribution company. Here she worked closely with Upper Management to understand organizational goals and help attract, recruit and retain talented individuals. Now, she's joined the fitness and well-being industry with Barry’s. She is a member of the People & Culture team where her main focus will be payroll & benefits administration on their new HRIS platform.
