In this role I assisted the reception team, answered incoming phone calls from clients and greeted them at the front desk. I was responsible for categorising, digitalising and distributing official patent communications, as well as filing their paper versions. The organisation and maintenance of paper case files as well as the ordering of supplies ensured an organised office space, where documents were easily traceable for future usage and other employees had a pleasant working environment.

I worked in the rights and royalties department, translated numerous picture books, helped with preparation for attended the Frankfurt Book Fair.
