Responsible for handling checks and wires totaling millions of dollars a day and lender, seller, and buyer documents on various transactions. Transferred to the Luna & Luna escrow processing team to handle processing for HUD cash and lender files. Also responsible in the HUD office to facilitate the processes of establishing and entering HUD cases, perform title clearing and process files for closing on cash and lender transactions and file extensions and maintain deadlines. Additionally responsible for third party communication with realtors, buyers, and lenders.
