Employment Services Manager Ii For Hire-Ability
CurrentHire-Ability is the award winning vocational services program of RAMS, in partnership with San Francisco Department of Public Health-Community Behavioral Health Services, California State Department of Rehabilitation, Department of Children, Youth and their Families (DCYF) and other private businesses, which serves the San Francisco Bay Area community by connecting employers with trained, assessed, and pre-qualified employees.Tasks:-Provides overall administrative support to the RAMS Hire-Ability vocational program.-Focuses on coordinating, managing and supervising the Employment Services (ES) program, which is a cooperative CBHS/State Department of Rehabilitation contract and the Disengaged Youth (NextGen) program, which works with disengaged transitional aged youth. -Directly supervises and provides weekly supervision to the two teams aforementioned. This includes but is not limited to: performance evaluations, recognitions of excellent performance and verbal/written warnings for unsatisfactory performance. -Oversight of both contracts and on-going communication with the contract funders.-Prepares monthly billings, documentation and related reports for both DOR ES and DCYF NextGen programs.-Promotes and presents the ES and NextGen programs to community partners, treatment providers, families, consumers and others.-Trains staff on Salesforce and monitors data entry accuracy. Continued monitoring on appropriate documentation requirements.-Works to determine if both programs are compliant with CARF, City & County of San Francisco, and DOR guidelines.-Advocates in the community for mental health services with RAMS, attending meetings, fairs, and related events to represent Hire-Ability.
