Creative Manager / Creative Director for a B2B s well as a B2C organic food company. Defined the company's perspective and aesthetic then carried it uniformly across the entire range of brands. Designed or redesigned packaging for all consumer facing products (well over 100 SKUs), then developed brand aligned support materials to aid the sales and marketing teams. Developed and carried brand identity messaging across the board from packaging, to web, social media, advertising, POS and tradeshow pieces. Managed design, photography, and video staff while overseeing projects from R&D through production.
