- Responsible for day to day coaching and supervising of six Account Handlers and one Senior Account Handler- Liaise with management and Regional Sales Managers to ensure sales targets in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are met- Responsible for New Business and Renewals revenue- Assist management in mapping processes and procedures for the department- Organise equal and fair workload distribution to all my team members- Analysis of team’s productivity on a weekly basis whilst reporting to management- Organise regular ‘one to ones’ with team members and weekly team meetings- Interviewing candidates for vacant Account Handlers positions

- Drive New Business & Renewals and also service existing direct broker business in both the Netherlands and Belgium- Encourage sales from new clients with the support of the Regional Sales Managers- Underwrite in accordance with company procedures- ‘Sell’ the terms, the benefits of the cover and philosophy of QUINN-directs’ partnership approach to clients- Act as client’s/brokers’ contact and manage the account in a professional and efficient manner- Provide high level of customer care by constantly developing relationships with our commercial broker base- Ensure all documentation is sent to clients/brokers accurately and efficiently; quotes, policy documents, mid-term adjustments and cancellation letters

- Place and trace consumable orders, solve problems, positively and effectively manage customer interaction, trace and file complaints- Train colleagues, check orders placed by colleagues, deal with escalations
