Hello, I’m Laura and I am completely motivated by life.Don’t believe me? What if I told you that within 2 years, I kicked off 6 different businesses and found the necessary teams for each one? Yes… I was in an extremely creative state of mind. Keep reading and you’ll understand how I pulled it off.Why did I do this? Simple, I couldn’t find businesses that worked around logic, creativity and passion… So, I had no choice than to create them myself.Companies seemed all the same to me, boring. I saw it with my own eyes; the easy path was not questioning anything and doing things as they’d always been done: the typical “you come to work to do your job”, doing what the boss tells you to without complain, my life begins once I get out of work, and a long list that goes on and on.As I was telling you, I am motivated by life. This pushes me to come up with ideas where I can develop this motivation.I am really good when it comes to putting together the ingredients needed to define an exciting project into a cocktail mix (remember: logic, creative and passionate) with:- A base of humanity, a lot of empathy with the personal part.- A great compromise including of all ingredients.- Honesty when it comes to acknowledging all the ingredients present, how they behave, and what each of them needs to work together as best as possible.- Guaranty that we are aiming to make the absolute best cocktail, no matter how you look at it.- And that we will improve it by stirring it in all the fun ways we can come up with: jumping, standing on one foot, doing a handstand… This are my mantras, my stamp.I am a very curious person, which makes learning my partner in this life project. This helps me connect ideas and solutions in places where a connection seems unthinkable.Now you might ask yourself, why Laura?In relation to the projects I was telling you about earlier, I have reached some accomplishments of which I am specially proud of. A few times, I’ve been number one Google Street View photographer. Also, in only 6 years, I have managed to create a benchmark company in the Spanish-speaking tourism marketing market; Inturea.Furthermore, last year I was included in the list of the top 150 most influential professionals in the tourism sector. EFS (Energy Flow Simulation), was the starting point for this project, offering an online platform where the users could directly simulate their web in different scenarios.𝐈𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧Learning how to work with partners with different goals and from different backgrounds.This was a great learning phase that overcame all expectations.Learning outcomes:✔️Doing business with people I have not met or worked with before.✔️Being able to bring value and vision to a business in a sector that’s completely new for me.

This allowed me to provide the service of carrying out virtual tours for businesses.However, in reality, it was like having my own business where I was given the product. I was in charge of everything: client search, developing of the marketing strategy, communication, budgeting, service performance, making sure the client was satisfied, etc.𝐈𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧I have very fond memories of this time. The idea came to me when I realised how tedious it is to have to download and try out a series of apps when you need something specific.And so, I started rounding up people from my circle that were interested in the idea. We ended up as a team of more than 10! Yes, yes… I managed to trick them!Hence, my role was to shape the project, give my point of view and coordinate with the team. It felt like conducting an orchestra full of passion!𝐈𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧We presented the project in different contests, business accelerators, conferences… in order to spread the concept and get financing. I am very happy because the project aroused a lot of interest. I must confess something.
