• Lead a consortium of seven HIP co-sponsors, USAID, UNFPA, WHO, IPPF, FP2030, the Gates Foundation, and CIFF, that sets strategic direction for evidence-based FP practices and catalyze implementation at scale. • Develop and oversee execution of annual workplan, including coordination of strategic initiatives at the global, regional, and country levels with FP2030 regional Hubs and implementing partners. • Provide strategic direction to the HIPs Technical Advisory Group, a team of 20 global FP experts who offer technical guidance and leadership in developing evidence-based HIP products.• Supervise staff responsible for managing the HIP production process and maintenance of the HIP website.

• Developed a new data-driven approach, HIPs Analyses, that significantly impacted country decision-making resulting in a 65% increase in HIPs adoption in FP2030 country commitments compared to FP2020 country commitments. • Established and strengthened strategic partnerships at global, regional, and country levels to leverage resources and prioritize investments, driving progress toward countries’ FP/RH goals.• Developed year-long initiatives to raise awareness about integrating FP with Maternal Newborn Health (MNH), particularly postpartum and postabortion FP (PPFP/PAFP), culminating in the global PPFP/PAFP Call to Action. • Sustained global engagement by organizing and hosting a 4-day workshop ‘Accelerating Access to Postpartum and Postabortion Family Planning,’ with participants from 15 countries, including government officials, civil society representatives, donors, and technical experts working in MNH and FP.

• Streamlined communication channels between headquarters and country offices for USAID’s $560M Maternal and Child Survival Program across 32 countries by enhancing the project’s knowledge management system.• Led Emergency Zika Design Challenge with Johns Hopkins University, resulting in patent application, commercialization negotiations, and funding for crisis interventions. • Co-designed and led a year-long series of monthly seminars for staff on implementation research in maternal, newborn, child health and family planning in conjunction with the Johns Hopkins University.• Led Emergency Zika Design Challenge with Johns Hopkins University and Jhpiego resulting in patent application, commercialization negotiations, and implementation grant.
