Non-Performing/Re-performing loan (NPL/RPL) Projects o Review multiple servicer pay histories to report cash velocity, cash flow and payment timing in order for clients to see the risk and advantages of buying the pools of loans.o Analyze servicer comments to report on collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy, property damage, loss mitigation to provide to the bidding clients. Servicing Performance Reviews (SPR)o Verify servicer histories for compliance with standards such as: Quality Right Party Contact, servicer attempts to bring the loan current, breach letters being sent to the borrowers and property inspections ordered. Asset Representation Review (ARR)o Perform tests on asset backed security loans to review the assets for representation and warranty compliance in an event that a certain threshold of delinquencies is breached and if the investors vote to conduct a review.

o Ensure that MI proceeds and indemnifications were remitted to the trust.o Identified and initiated foreclosure initiation, foreclosure milestone delays, Motion for Relief filing, bankruptcy flag removal, loss discrepancies, Proof of Claim filing, applying suspense payments to advance the LIPD, junior lien charge-offs and loss mitigation initiation. o Trained new hires on remittance entry, prepayment penalties, senior and junior lien charge-offs, foreclosure, bankruptcy, mortgage insurance, loss mitigation, loss reconciliation, REO processes and loss reporting.o Identified and initiated the correction for loss discrepancies.
