I am the author of "No, I'm Not Fine. Thank You," a book about healing from complex trauma.With over 9 years of experience as a NICU nurse, charge nurse, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program instructor, I’ve dedicated my career to providing expert care in the neonatal intensive care unit. In 2021, my journey took an unexpected turn when I suffered a traumatic brain injury. This event led me to step away from nursing and focus on healing—both physically and mentally.During my time away, I authored my book, launched my podcast (Healing #NoFilter Podcast), and began speaking and educating others on healing trauma. After significant recovery, I’m excited to be back in the NICU part-time, balancing my passion for nursing with my dedication to helping others heal through my writing, consulting, and speaking engagements.I’m deeply committed to supporting others in their journey to wellness—whether it's through neonatal care or trauma recovery.
