As a civil/environmental engineer, my resume is diverse and maybe a little unconventional. I've conducted topographical surveys in the Ecuadorian jungle, taught lessons about hand washing and sanitation in the African bush, performed building assessments in post-earthquake Nepal, and designed storm sewer systems in the Twin Cities, MN metro area. So in addition to technical skills, I've learned to be teachable and adaptable, ready to take on new and different challenges.I am passionate about people and the environment - and where they intersect. My interests are varied - designing storm water systems, helping people improve their homes and lives, protecting our natural resources, pursuing equity and justice. My strengths include: training others, project management, attention to detail, writing and speaking. I love a good Excel spreadsheet and am energized by working with others.
