Responsible for designing and driving programs that enhance career experiences, retention of high performers, realizing inclusion and diversity goals while increasing the company’s market position. This includes developing responses to key talent challenges backed by talent analytics insight, knowledge of global and local market trends, best practices, and technological advancements.Defined the Talent Priorities to each Accenture Businesses and for each country in Latam.- Works with HR and business leadership to translate Accenture's business strategy and Talent Ambition into a set of geographic talent priorities and metrics to make sure they are all measurable. Partners with business and HR leaders to translate global business strategies and Accenture’s Talent Ambition into a locally relevant talent strategy.Also responsable for Training, Internal Control, Policies in Latam, Diversity and Recruiting in Latam for the past years.
