Supports the overall function of the company through business development, marketing, and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Also working towards furthering the Telford Foundation’s reach through charitable donations and initiatives.

Coordinated a variety of public outreach events and was responsible for volunteer recruitment and engagement.Key tasks included:- Researching and organizing local events to attend and being the public face of the organization.- Recruiting volunteers and creating a functional volunteer database.- Scheduling volunteers for events and troubleshooting their questions and concerns on the ground.- Creating, booking, and facilitating educational workshops at high schools.- Liaising with Oxfam regional working groups, along with head office.- Attending weekly conference calls with head office and providing updates on behalf of our region.- Completing annual reports on our outreach initiatives.
