Part of a global multidisciplinary team striving to reinvent knowledge management. My greatest contribution within the team, among many day-to-day tasks, was perhaps to start redefining the value proposition with a holistic approach, which was a self-initiated endeavour. I also helped create a bridge between the design team and the other Accenture teams involved with the product, acting as a mediator to make the most out of the design talent.

Advice is a NGO that makes advertising events possible for students in Bucharest, now an established name among the local creative agencies. I was among the first generations to shape the organisation, which meant there was a lot of freedom and unknown.
