Group coaching via WebEx which also filled a gap in Patnaude Group's offerings.• Helped identify a retainer opportunity that led to $110,000 in new billings.• Created multiple wellness and work-life experiential seminars for the corporate athlete.• Through Executive Coaching, has helped many Executives get promoted or retain their job during a layoff due to higher productivity and emerging showcase of leadership.

Responsibilities: • Worked integrally with internal and external executive teams as single liaison on B2B Foodservice accounts which included the Unilever Foodsolutions account with 12 worldwide brands. Facilitated continuous education and communication to gain comprehensive knowledge of North American accounts, industry and brand strategy.• Internal team lead on all marketing, advertising, PR, collateral and promotional programs in support of client product and market strategies. Led projects through determination of objectives, global strategy and brief writing through analysis of competitive market and advertising results. Ensured client deliverables were met on strategy and within budget and set timelines. • Managed an internal team of five colleagues and supported their leadership skills and growth opportunities.• Managed client third-party vendor relationships, budgets, timelines and daily administrative account work.• Determined priority of projects and initiatives based on both client and agency priorities and resources.Key Accomplishments:• Developed a complete North American re-launch campaign for Unilever’s Knorr and Lawry’s brands with corresponding collateral including two new ads, 32 pieces of sales collateral a training video and three press releases within three months which generated an estimated $450,000-$500,000 in new billings.• Led a global initiative implementing health awareness for the client’s breadth of products and brands. Delivered a presentation to the global client team. Final produced materials reached nine countries around the world.• Worked with Unilever Foodsolutions’ Chefs to develop and produce a healthier savory recipe book and a globally distributed DVD which was filmed onsite at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for six national markets in the private bank, worked with market executives and presidents to deliver marketing strategy in support of business and sales initiatives to raise brand awareness of Harris Private Bank. • Provided oversight on management and execution of marketing initiatives including advertising, media, public relations and corporate sponsorship in addition to working with third party vendors.• Identified synergies throughout each Line of Business in North America to promote brand awareness.Key Accomplishments:• Achieved a response rate of 11% and generated 2 million dollars in new revenue and 8 new business appointments with prospects.• Designed and delivered strategic marketing campaigns generating 3 million dollars in new assets.• Created and implemented various key brand awareness and sales support programs, including creation of over 200 executive level bios, trade and philanthropy advertising and evaluation of public relations opportunities.• Lead project manager for two major Trust and Estate Planning seminars. Responsibilities included managing a strategic relationship with the Lyric Opera of Chicago and the development and launch of Estate Planning collateral.
