I graduated from Tec de Monterrey of Advertising and Marketing Communications in December of 2019. I have my makeup business called Makeup by Laura Rodríguez, which I've had since 2012. I have worked for different companies in the wellness space and am currently focusing on sharing information on how to prevent and reverse chronic disease and live a healthy life full of vitality though a Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle. I am constantly studying, taking certifications and attending national and international conferences about WFPB nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. I gather my research health topics from books, scientific articles, medical journals, and I assist to congresses and talks given by experts, and I am an advocate and proponent for a healthy lifestyle in my community. I am also a yoga instructor registered at the International Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200. Me gradué del Tecnológico de Monterrey en Lic. en Publicidad y Comunicación de Mercados en diciembre del 2019. Tengo mi negocio de maquillaje llamado Makeup by Laura Rodríguez, el cual empecé en el 2012. He trabajado para diferentes empresas en el ámbito del bienestar y actualmente me estoy enfocando en compartir información sobre cómo prevenir y revertir enfermedades crónicas y vivir una vida saludable llena de vitalidad a través de un estilo de vida basado en alimentos integrales de origen vegetal. Estoy constantemente estudiando, tomando certificaciones y asistiendo a conferencias nacionales e internacionales sobre nutrición basada en plantas y Medicina del Estilo de Vida. Obtengo mi investigación a través de libros, artículos científicos, revistas médicas y asisto a congresos y pláticas dadas por expertos e impulso un estilo de vida saludable en mi comunidad. También soy instructora de yoga registrado en el International Yoga Alliance como RYT 200.
