As Vice President of Regional Services I oversee the services and training we provide to our regional owners. I help them create and implement systems in their regions to help them run their regions as successfully as possible. In addition, I facilitate the sharing of information, ideas, and systems among our regional owners. In the corporately owned regions I work closely with both our US and Canadian Presidents to provide systems and support to help them manage the corporately owned regions as well as market our brand. Additionally I oversee the production of the monthly EXIT Momentum Newsletter that is delivered to every associate in our corporately owned regions in the both the US and Canada. With a CPA background, my responsibilities also include working closely with our COO and Corporate Records Departments to continually improve our systems and reporting features so they are relevant and useful. Lastly I am currently implementing an auditing program to assist in our company's compliance procedures.

As Central Coordinator I facilitate communication between the Divisional Presidents, COO, and CEO of EXIT Realty. In addition, I help create and implement systems to help organize the Divisional Presidents' responsibilities. I also stay in close contact with the Regional Owners and facilitate sharing of systems, marketing and other ideas among them. I oversee the production of our monthly EXIT Newsletter which is delivered to almost all associates in the U.S. Lastly, I work closely with our COO and Corporate Records Department to continually improve our internal systems and the reports available to our regions and franchisees so they are useful and relevant.

My husband and I were regional subfranchisors for EXIT Realty in Arkansas and Oklahoma. In addition to growing the brand through franchise sales we worked with our franchisees to build strong successful real estate offices and agents and point them toward financial security.

For 26 years I owned an accounting practice. My clientel were primarily professionals such as doctors, lawyers and real estate companies with some retail businesses. My practice was concentrated in the areas of tax planning and preparation with some client writeup services.
