I work as the liaison between US customers and our support teams in Israel, Japan, TX and Southern California. Manage and help to prevent customer issues, working on resolutions and as ongoing support for our key customer base. Manage all inside sales activities including: Complex quote generation and distribution to customers, tracking and managing quotes given, tracking purchase orders and shipments, ensuring compliance with service agreements. Account management in SFDC, acquiring a monthly forecast from customers, forecast entry and analysis, setup of new customers. Providing support to our lead inside sales team in areas of customer queries, legal documentation and regulatory compliance. Developing and helping to implement ways to improve process flows in this growing company.

This is a new process and I have been fortunate to oversee this project and review all forms we receive before uploading. This project requires business tax knowledge as well as learning each states tax laws. Reaching out and having direct contact with our partners and customers to assist with questions and concerns they may have. Working with our customer service team as well to solve customer queries on their accounts.
