Lead for the implementation of key programmatic interventions for Supply & Procurement employees in preparation for a global transformation of the function. Lead on role profile callibrations, TNA, design and development of learning content, implementation of roadmaps and analysis of ROI. Senior stakeholder management & vendor RFPs.

Implementation of a campus engagement strategy, driving applications, project management of campus activities, conducting interviews, and running assessment centres. Building a talent brand strategy, creating an engaging and innovative forum for information sharing and discussion, and drawing insights from analytics.

Programme lead for Senior Leadership and Future Leaders development. Designing and implementing relevant learning interventions linked to our Leadership Standard and Performance Ambition.
