Position Summary: Manage daily activities for busy medical practice including scheduling, billing, patient communications, and provide administrative support to owner. Responsibilities: - scheduling appointments via phone, email, or in-person - greet patients and refer to appropriate treatment room - answer calls and messages in a timely manner - distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/packages - prepare bulk mailings and maintain contact lists - administer payroll and employee benefits - enforce specialized fee structure for various services - prepare, review, send monthly invoices, and make collection inquiries - prepare daily bank deposits and coordinate financial transactions including transfers and wires - maintain clean, organized office space and waiting room areas - maintain patient database, as well as personal and professional contacts of owner - work with technical support for maintenance and upgrades of office equipment - ordering of office and medical supplies, as well as inventory management - maintain office filing systems - assist bookkeeper, household manager, and staff as needed

Responsible for establishing the culture, standards and expectations for the youth and family member experience at North Bay City Campus Club locations. Duties & Qualifications: - Hire and manage a staff who are committed to making the best environment for learning and fun.- Provide exceptional care and supervision of children while their parents utilize onsite resort and fitness facilities. - Recruit, train and provide ongoing coaching and development for the highest quality child care staff.- Plan and implement a daily schedule of safe, engaging, creative and developmentally appropriate activities for children three months to 17 years of age.- Maintain accurate records of reservations, monthly bookings, series cards, programs, camps, and statistics.- The ability to analyze, problem solve, and effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff. - Strong management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, correct and create a positive staff experience.- Exceptional organizational skills including planning, prioritizing, and follow-through and ability to maintain a budget.
