I am responsible for all recruitment activities within PwC's London Top Tier Risk Assurance.

As the Commercial Manager for Resourcing I was required to provide ongoing operational support to the Leadership team and direct reports. This included the management of Resourcing headcount and budgets, process design and implementation e.g. quarterly demand planning, including forecast vs actual hires and variance analysis, preparation of reports for senior management and ensuring compliance across the division with company policy.
