Coordinate the Molina Healthcare staff volunteer program. Annually, staff give an average of 5,700 volunteer hours back to the community.Special Event Planner for major events, including: Self-Love Saturday (in partnership with the Columbus Kappas Foundation), Molina Day at The Ohio State Fair, and the annual Molina Community Champions awards dinner. Self-Love Saturday was introduced in May 2019 as part of the Columbus Kappa's Foundation, Summer Sip Weekend. The event was held at COSI with an attendance of 1,200. Planning this event included vendor / exhibitor management, creating the space layout, configuring the Run of Show, securing sponsors, media relations, volunteer coordination, and working with the venue. The highlight of this event was an on-stage interview with actor Morris Chestnut. The Self-Love Saturday concept is being adopted by Molina Healthcare's corporate division to become a nationwide movement with events in select cities.Molina Day at The Ohio State Fair is annually held on the first Saturday of The Ohio State Fair. This is the State Fair's highest attended day with over 100,000 in attendance each of the last 4 years. This year, we are capitalizing on our partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers to bring their Cavs Caravan to the Fair. Executing this event successfully includes working closely with Event Marketing Strategies, creating the Run of the Show for the day, Vendor recruitment & management, Coordinating volunteers, logistical layout of the event space, appropriate signage, and media relations.In addition to our three large events, this position also requires coordination of smaller events all throughout Ohio. These events range in size from 50 - 2,000 attendees. This position also involves assisting the Cleveland Cavaliers partnership, and executing all events with the Cavaliers. These events include Member Appreciation Events, Community Events, In-Game Promotions, and In-Arena promotions during the basketball season

Enriched the lives of 1,131 patients in 28 Ohio Counties who live daily with one of the 43 types of Neuromuscular Disease. Served as Camp Director of MDA Summer Camp; managing nearly 75 campers, 115 volunteers & medical staff personnel. Coordinated the annual “MDA Muscle Walk” event, attended Neuromuscular Clinic at Nationwide Children’s Hospital & Ohio State Medical Center. Additional duties included facilitating a monthly support group for patients and their families, developing an annual budget for the Health Care Services area, and assisted Fundraising Coordinators at their various events. Also responsible for fundraising a minimum of $200,000 towards the annual budget.

Developed and conducted 4-H programming for 839 youth ages 5-19 years old and oversaw the training of 139 Advisors and Volunteers. Planned and implemented new fundraising ideas that brought in nearly $10,000 for programming. Served as Director for the 4-H Camping program that reached 179 youth at a 5-day overnight camp. Developed and implemented 36 hours of training for Teen Camp Counselors. Represented Madison County as a member of the 4-H Camp Clifton Board of Trustees, Chairperson of the Madison County Youth Council, and as a Committee Member for the CARTEENS State Conference. Created the County 4-H / Farm Bureau Teen Council, and Co-Advised the Junior Fair Board.
