- Responsible for administrative oversight of $195M prime awards in Liberia, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Tanzania, and Zambia, including 170 subawards- Led contractual discussions, negotiations, and requests for approvals with donors including USAID, Gates Foundation, DFID contractors, Aga Khan, Chevron, UNICEF - Served as Project Manager and subject matter expert for Pact's global Subawards Management System, liaising with IT and external developers and providing excellent customer service to end users (was Microsoft CRM, now Salesforce). Pact's Salesforce Implementation Team received an Honorable Mention from InsideNGO's 2016 Excellence Awards. - Co-led a week-long international conference of 40 Finance and Grants practitioners, overseeing curriculum development and delivering interactive trainings - Established innovative, web-based Community of Practice for global G&C practitioners to share best practices, knowledge management- Designed and built comprehensive intranet of G&C resources and tools using Jive platform

- Supported and oversaw all aspects of pre- and post-award administration for a $5 million research portfolio of over 40 doctors in the Center for Translational Science, including proposal development, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, purchasing, sub-recipient management and donor reporting- Prepared multi-million dollar grant and contract proposal submissions to federal and multinational sponsors such as NIH, CDC, and WHO as well as private foundations- Coordinated with Accounting and the Pre-Award office throughout the award life cycle to ensure compliance with donor terms and conditions

- Managed the Kenya and Tanzania portfolios with incoming awards totaling $29M annually in U.S. Government funds and over 130 outgoing subawards - Served as Project Manager for grants database; oversaw redesign to enhance functionality and ease of use- Designed, developed, and delivered trainings for field and HQ staff on grants management, USG donor requirements, and Foundation policies, procedures, and systems
