Laura was the first to prototype her idea for an integrated, wellness-forward and trauma-informed workspace and is now a thought leader for coworking, self-care and entrepreneurial mental health. Laura is on a mission, connecting with people all over the world, from entrepreneurs to corporate professionals, sharing a powerful message about the value of founder mental health, collaborative work and embodied living. As an accomplished psychotherapist, trauma specialist, and devoted community leader, Laura brings enormous expertise, insight, and energy to her work. In 2016, Laura partnered with coworking thought-leader, Iris Kavanagh, to launch Women Who Cowork, a global platform for womxn and gender diverse coworking founders. And, in collaboration with Iris Kavanagh in 2022, developed and launched an integrative coaching and leadership training, The Resilient Coworking Method™, for coworking leaders and management teams, based in the science of resiliency, performance and emotional intelligence.As an entrepreneurial psychotherapist who specializes in mental health for founders, Laura is passionate about helping her clients experience a deeper connection with themselves and a more balanced approach in their work. She believes that the journey of conscious entrepreneurship is the development of self as much as it is the development of new business ideas and creative solutions. Therefore, Laura provides a safe container for founders to explore the psychological ups and downs of entrepreneurship. She offers individual psychotherapy, coaching and personal retreats as well as facilitating peer support groups for founders. Laura is currently licensed in the State of Texas as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
