CurrentFinancial Management- Manage budget through input from program managers, understanding current revenue streams and anticipated expenses, reviewing general operational costs, and cash flow management.- Oversee the collaborative efforts of cross-functional teams to determine need requirements, become more efficient, and work towards a common goal.- Engage staff to understand processes, procedures, and outcomes and develop consistent messaging for elected leadership regarding potential programmatic successes or failures.Process Improvements and Innovation- Transform the hiring process by standardizing systems, developing guidelines, implementing a robust onboarding program, and updating employee handbook.- Evaluate the efficiency of IT systems and end user experience, research potential new software options including year-round app, determine implications of change internally, and budgetary constraints to new investments.- Manage meetings management logistics to include implementation and launch of virtual meetings platform that delivers attendee networking opportunities, optimizes sponsor visibility and captures performance analytics for future planning.
