Responsible for generating leads, in addition to developing and sustaining strong client relationships within the entertainment industry. Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly Management Information (MI) reports and working in conjunction with other departments and worldwide offices to ensure a consistent high level of service for all clients. Introduce new productions or companies to all aspects of the business. Co-ordinate, organise and attend client or supplier meetings including site visits, awards and functions. Pre-empt potential snagging points and provide solutions to resolve problems. Key point of contact for clients ensuring seamless delivery of contract and SLA's.Negotiating and managing long term contractual agreements with hotel suppliers & clients. Customer complaints resolution. Work as an extension of the clients office providing onsite 24 hours support on location.
