- Conduct site reviews at all project locations to determine extent of scope, opportunities for improvement, and analysis of site conditions and limitations- Main liaison between executive team and various execution departments - Regularly manage, attend and present at meetings providing executive team overview of current projects, and acquiring information for new projects- Maintain the capital budget and project schedules - Review equipment and construction estimates and budgets ensuring they respect project scope of work, and capital plan budgets- Oversee the coordination of the fixture layout with all related internal departments, including Operations, Real Estate, Merchandising, Loss Prevention, Pharmacy, and IT to ensure all requirements are met- Monitor the execution of assigned projects, manage any changes and keep various departments apprised - Conduct additional site reviews at all project locations throughout the duration of the project ensuring adherence to project expectations, and provide support for any unforeseen circumstances- Provide direct support to Pharmacy Operations for all day‐to‐day and capital expenditure project related requirements - Consistently support and inform all teams such as Design, Procurement and Project Management- Accountable for reviewing fixture plans ensuring operational requirements and company standards are met- Compose mandates complete with all supporting information to obtain formal project approval and maintain accurate financial records
