I work with adults with developmental disabilities in a group home/supportive housing setting. The adult males have aggressive tendencies and I help implement Behavioural Support Plans to manage and address aggressive behaviours.

As a social work student, I am responsible for gaining new skills and experience through CAMH. I am stationed in the Forensics unit where I am learning how to effectively manage a case load.

I helped run the Adult Program section (New Hope Fellowship). This involved co-facilitating a men's and women's group, supervising and assisting community kitchen, and running weekly drop-ins. I also helped create monthly calendars and helped meet people's individual/immediate needs.

I helped supervise kit making for Harm Reduction supplies and I helped supervise a women's drop-in. I worked mainly with homeless and marginally housed adults.
