LES PEP are a national, non-profit organisation, offering education and social services to children, families and vulnerable populations. * I am in charge of responding to calls for projects (issued by State or local authorities), and developing our main areas of expertise locally. This includes exploring further the traditional fields of child protection, social education, with a renewed approach to cultural projects coordination, digital skills training, access to citizen participation, etc.* I am in charge of our internal communication processes. * I have been managing our new office in Saint-Nazaire, dedicated to digital inclusion, since mid-2021. Through this new set of services, we contribute to implement public policies in relation to e-inclusion in disadvantaged urban areas.* At the local level, among other missions, LES PEP also provide accomodation, health care and education to isolated foreign minors (also known as "unaccompanied minors") whom the Departement has taken responsibility for. I was first recruited to assist the local unaccompanied minors section to review, elaborate and coordinate their procedures, organisation and plans for the next 5 years.

After a two-year experience as an in-house lawyer, I am very pleased to join the Shipping department of insurance law firm Choisez et Associés (Paris).

C'est la Vie ! Properties specialises in all aspects of asset and property management. We act for a wide range of clients, mainly in the UK and throughout the world. As head of our new Sales department, I assist clients who wish to obtain information on the sale process and regulations, and to resell their properties in France, both on the leaseback and classic markets.

Seeking a wholly new work experience, I decided to get involved locally, in the low-rent housing sector. As a recovery agent I prevented unpaid rents and handled legal claims between tenants and the social landlord (which included instructing the files and pleading at court), but also provided social support such as budget management and liaising with social workers and associations.

Principally a litigation lawyer, I handle dry and wet shipping matters, with a focus on ship arrest, pollution, carriage of goods by sea and marine insurance. I also advise clients on international trade issues. I first joined Ince in 2007 and trained in the Paris and London offices, before being admitted to the Bar in 2010 and joining the Le Havre office.I assist shipowners, P&Clubs, H&M insurers, but also shippers, cargo insurers, freight forwarders and stevedores in a wide range of disputes involving commercial, civil and criminal liabilities. I advise clients on offshore energy projects and also have strong experience in international procedural and private law issues. I frequently give presentations to clients in the transport and international trade sectors, and occasionally give lectures on transport and insurance law.
