I started a biohazard cleanup company in 2005. Added hoarding cleanup, and meth lab decontamination in the years to follow. Spaulding Decon has doubled sales every year. Founded the medical waste disposal company. Developed logistics information and planned routing of the pickups. Created manifests and maintained records for cradle to grave disposal. Maintained client records per law, streamlined disposal and transportation processes. Managed sales team, office staff, and driver to effectively communicate client requests. Implemented pricing strategy, and contracts. Sold the company to a competitor after 18 months.
