Our journey with Sportsbet’s Bet With Mates began with a single sprint team, but it quickly expanded to involve multiple teams from both within and outside the technology department, incorporating a dedicated go-to-market team. As the project scaled up, I assumed a leadership position, participating in critical decisions regarding the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope. This involved working closely with stakeholders at various levels and coordinating exploratory testing throughout the project's development. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing product release milestones. The product launch surpassed our expectations, achieving the intended milestones within two days instead of the projected one month. This success has endured, making Bet With Mates an ongoing triumph.the product was launched, the milestones we hoped to reach by one month after the release, were instead reached within two days after launch. This continues to be a hugely successful product. -
