• This role includes providing support to all account managers over all partners of The O2, which requires extreme organisation and can-do attitude.• Responsible for and managed many of our partner’s activations such as Coke, sky, Barclays over many of The O2’s music events such as Madonna, One Direction and jingle bell ball.• Maintaining positive and strong relationships both in and out of the organisation is key and by ensuring smooth pre sale of tickets to our partners and the seamless load in and out of partners’ activations and signage changes this was achieved. • One of my favourite aspects of this role was the chance to get involved with our partner’s creative ideas behind activations. I was able to present these to our account managers and even put in to action a large number of my suggested ideas to achieve their partners’ desired vision.

Sports Management

During a nine months period, I learnt how to set up sponsorships, understand and discover the sports industry through various assignments, whilst having my own project to complete over the semester. I was actively involved in many sporting events which will not only provide me with a unique behind the scenes, sports sponsorship experience, but also helped me understand the process and planning needed for each event.

I helped run a youth club, in which we encouraged young people to get involved with local community as well as providing a safe place for them to meet friends. We also provided new skills such as dance, art design, skate boarding and biking with full instructors available to provide assistance when required. The children's views and creativity was and still is a large part of what makes the club unique. We would ensure that they felt that they could feel comfortable asking questions and even suggesting new things to get involved with and do.
