From the moment a new client finds Happiest Vacations, whether through client referrals or through active social media, I take ownership of the client's needs to plan the best trip possible within their budget.My experience in planning family vacations, honeymoons and corporate incentive trips has prepared me to help discriminating consumers have hassle-free trips.My daily responsibilities include: - Providing expert knowledge of destinations and accommodations to potential clients remotely via phone and email - Creating custom itineraries for clients based on their needs - Answering client questions prior to and during travel - Following up on new inquiries and leads in order to grow my client portfolio - Sending out trip documents and itineraries - Booking tours, excursions and dining reservations for clients, as necessary - Creating and updating internal documents with FAQs and insider tips for destinations - Managing a remote sales team - Establishing relationships with vendors/suppliers - Growing online social media presence to promote the Happiest Vacations brand - Processing commission payments for the agency
