Bonus - it is a delightful trip to an imaginary farm where delicious fruits and vegetables are grown. My goal with every project - make it easy and fun to eat delicious, healthy foods. A dietitian/trainer I work with taught me the importance of form in weight training and yoga. Your position is more important than the amount of weight or distance of the stretch. The same is true for projects I work on. Laser focus on the target audience is essential: their needs and ways to achieve goals. In weight lifting or yoga, it is easy to lose sight of your form. In nutrition projects, losing focus can result in wasted resources: time, budget, energy and learning motivation. I bring a passion for precision focus on performance… and a commitment to on-time and on-budget delivery to my consulting projects. My nearly 40+ years as a Registered Dietitian working in industry, school nutrition, and as a consultant has given me a unique perspective. I meld creativity and quality using all my skills and resources.
