Lead Payroll and Human Resource Presales Engineer responsible for executive and detailed demonstrations of the CGI Advantage Human Resource Management product to state governments, local governments, and school districts. As the sole Payroll and Human Resource Product Expert, I manage competing priorities from sales executives as well as potential and current clients across the United States. My role requires extensive subject matter expertise, excellent analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to configure environments and presentations to support complex business scenarios.

Managed the comprehensive user research program for the SnagAJob B2C jobseeker site, B2B hiring site, and all SnagAJob employer product offerings through quantitative and qualitative methods.

Collaborated extensively with Engineering and Advertising Sales to drive advertising revenue efficiencies though effective targeting of a base of 29 million registered visitors. Supported all advertising efforts through multiple monetization opportunities: geo targeting, demographic targeting, email marketing, direct mail, nested content, sponsorship, lead generation, and CPC text links. Performed the above as the company’s first part time employee.

Built and lead the team of SnagAJob product managers and program managers to effectively understand business and user needs, and translate those needs into a fully redesigned sales support and billing product. Managed launch of updated ecommerce site, on-time and on-budget.

Managed a team of systems implementation specialists and customer support specialists to effectively support the needs of over sixty health care clients in their use of the Payerpath Claims Management product. Worked closely with Director of Client Services to reorganize the department based on client and process needs, and implemented the Salesforce CRM to effectively manage client implementations and support issues.

Founding Product Manager at Payerpath. Collaborated with Sales, Client Services, and Engineers to develop the second generation of the Payerpath Claims Management product. Worked with Provider Sales team to design a superior user experience, and with Payer Sales team to develop integrated communication of claims status back to providers.
