About Laura Titzer
I find joy in many areas. I’m a facilitator and systems weaver, as well as a creative nonfiction and poetry writer. I’m currently working on a manuscript and a chapbook, as well as moving into curriculum and learning to action design within facilitation. My passion is to create environments for people to emerge into their best selves and co-create new ways of being. My book, No Table Too Small, has been used in college classrooms and I’ve created curriculum and presentations on strategic planning, facilitation, and food justice for organizational staff. I’m originally from the native lands of Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) where Chandler, Indiana resides and have worked in the food system in varying capacities over the last 13 years: starting coalitions, co-founding a nonprofit, food justice activism and education. Currently, I live on the mixed native lands of the Coast Salish where Seattle, WA resides. I live in adoration with my partner, cat, and ferrets.
