Role as a Quality Engineer for the client Porto Seguro, in the Corretor Online system:- Actively participate in defining processes, standards, tools, and technologies focused on quality.- Develop test scripts for the web system.- Conduct functional and non-functional testing.- Perform manual and automated web testing using Playwright with JavaScript.- Identify and implement improvements: Gather improvements identified during the testing process and collaborate on their implementation.- Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) in validating user stories.- Collaborate effectively in refinement sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of the project.

Role for the client Bradesco, in the Card Division, focusing on Mobile (Android and iOS):- Responsibilities:Planning, modeling, and execution of functional and regression tests.Conducting accessibility testing and tagging (GA).Leading performance testing using JMeter.- Process Improvement:Extraction and solidification of quality indicators.Identification, proposal, and implementation of quality improvements with the team.- Tool Knowledge:Extensive knowledge of the Octane tool.Data mass configuration.- Business Support:Support in the business discovery and refinement process.- Team Leadership:Leading the quality team of the squad.Dividing tasks and removing impediments.Providing guidance on processes.- Methodology:Teamwork utilizing the agile SCRUM methodology.
