At the end of my maternity leave I gave birth to a baby boy and decided to take some time to get used to taking care of our two children.

My responsibility within Sogyo was (campus) recruitment for mainly ICT vacancies. Additionaly I have coached several employees (and graduate students) on how to act and behave in professional businesses. Also one of my tasks was advising the HR manager on HR projects and policies.

At Serin I worked for several years following and acting on the growth of the business from 50 employees and 3 locations in 2000 to 250 employees and 25 locations in 2005. After the year 2005 the locations changed (some vanished, some needed to be opened) according to the work/contracts which we got fo a certain location.

During this period I teached and trained people from different organizations and businesses about the use of software in their daily work. I encountered very many different people in different jobsettings (from lawyers and secretaries to oilrig workers and nurses). Near the end of the year I coordinated a project and wrote specific course material for a large company which wanted to work less with mouse and more with the keyboard in the software.

As an intern I changed and redesigned a training for higher educated people on how to find their dream job. After my internship I started to work as a personal assistant/ liaison for a Canadian consultant, who is specialized in non-managed work teams. This consultant worked 3 weeks in Canada and 1 week in the Netherlands per month.
